So much grateful to all of you to make my dream come true. Finally my book on ROI titled "ROI Matters" is complete.
It has been long since I have written any thing on my blog. I had been in hibernation completing my book.
Now I know why writing technical book is tough compared to writing a fictional book.
Now I will start writing the blog again. Want to share my experience with you all. In the mean time it is good to see that many PSUs and Pvt. companies are coming out of the shell and want to implement the ROI process. HR people want to take ROI process as their KRA.
Did a few ROI projects with companies this year. Glad that we got the results. Doing end-to-end ROI study in India has its own challenges. Only when I worked with the companies on the ROI aspect, did I come to know how challenging it for the HR department to convince the management on this ROI process. Some how management lacks the trust that needs to be there in their HR team or there could be many other reasons.
Grateful to all those people who helped me put the ROI process in their companies. Grateful to all those people from all streams, who helped me with the data and the financial inputs....
