Happy to see that many Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs) in India are now implementing the ROI process.
L&D department from these PSUs want to measure the impact for such high investments in training.
Inspite of all the challenges, I appreciate the efforts taken by them. I am confident such measures will take L&D department at a new level.
With high budgets and and lot of people involved, I must say that lot goes to measure the impact.
I Congratulate them for taking first steps for such initiatives.
Finally the ROI network has spread from MNCs to private companies to now PSUs!
With all the evidence and the barriers been broken, ROI is for sure here to stay and will definitely benefit all.
